I have a key metre and I want to be able to top up by internet like you can with Scottish Power when are you going to offer this service? I rang up and was told someone would contact me about it but nothing so far, I am disabled and at present 2 foot of snow down my road which no transport can reach.
I am having to leave work on the grounds of ill health and would like to find ways of saving energy and money. Some English companies are offering a free energy meter to control usage do you have anything like this?
3 bedroom flat 2 large, 2 medium 1 small storage heater, electric immersion used for 1hr a day usual appliances, average key meter charge per week….£60- £70!! Come on Hydro can this be normal too? This is bankrupting me.
During recent storms my area has been without power for more than seven days in all. Will we be paid compensation for the days we have been without electricity?
Re Sheila Browns comment … whole heartedly agree Sheila! The price of electricity is extortionate.
Not happy with your company as I’ve moved into a new home n been told debt will be wiped, I’ve put in 20 n had it all taken off me as the last tenants left a debt of £108. I’ve got a too month old baby in a home with no electric! And I can’t call u got its already taken off £6 off my credit n cut of!
